Burgess on top after day one in Gainesville |
(03-13-09) GAINESVILLE, FL -- The opening day of the Get Screened America Pro Mod Challenge presented by ProCare Rx met expectations of excitement and thrilling racing, ending with R2B2 Racing team owner Roger Burgess on the provisional pole. Burgess' field-leading salvo in his '67 Camaro registered 5.993/243.55, the quickest run of his career and the fastest thus far of the event. Smiling from ear-to-ear, Burgess said, "that was a lot of fun."

Tim Tindle Sets Sights on Successful 2009 NHRA Season |
(03-12-09) GAINESVILLE, FL - Tim Tindle, driver of the Tindle Racing Ford GT 500Promod Mustang, hopes to maintain momentum he and his team began building at the end of last year this weekend, March 12-15, at the Get Screened America Promod Challenge season opener, the ACDelco Gatornationals, Gainesville, FL. Tim Tindle and his team struggled throughout the beginning of the 2008 season including three failures to qualify, one which came at the ACDelco Gatornationals a year ago. Tindle is determined to avenge his teams failures from last season with better performances in 2009.

Pro Mod teams prepare for Get Screened America Pro Mod Challenge Opener in Gainesville |
DULUTH, GA (02-27-09) -- On the heels of the announcement of a three-year deal for the fan-favorite Get Screened America Pro Mod Challenge presented by ProCare Rx NHRA exhibition class, competitors have flocked to join the series and compete for a share of more than $350,000 in prize-money. With just two weeks before the cars hit the quarter-mile, the field is nearly full for the season-opening event March 13-15 at the ACDelco NHRA Gatornationals in Gainesville, Fla.
